• Visual spot placement and customization

Please do not submit sensitive personal information that you would not want publicly accessible.

Search engines and third parties may index or capture publicly visible content.

All submissions are subject to moderation and community standards.

We reserve the right to reject, edit, restrict, or remove content that violates our policies, including content involving:

• Harassment or abuse
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Explicit or sexual material
• Threats or violent content
• Impersonation or misleading information
• Spam or commercial promotion
• Illegal or infringing material

SpotMyLove is intended for respectful personal expression and relationship dedications only.

We may also suspend or restrict users engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.

SpotMyLove is designed as a long-lasting public canvas experience.

Approved dedications may remain publicly visible as part of the ongoing canvas project unless removal is required for legal, safety, moderation, or operational reasons.

We retain certain account, transaction, moderation, and security records as reasonably necessary for business operations, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

We work with trusted third-party providers to operate SpotMyLove, including:

• Paddle for payment processing
• Resend for email delivery
• Supabase for database and infrastructure services
