What data we collect

When you make a dedication on SpotMyLove, we collect the following information:

• Email address — used to send your purchase confirmation and dedication certificate.
• Honoree name — the name of the person your spot is dedicated to, displayed on the canvas.
• Dedication message — the personal message you optionally attach to your spot.
• Payment information — processed securely by Paddle. We never see or store your card details.

How we use your data

• To process your purchase and reserve your spot on the canvas.
• To send you a purchase confirmation email and shareable dedication link.
• To display your honoree's name and message on the canvas and dedication page.

We never sell your data

Your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with service providers that are necessary to operate SpotMyLove (Paddle for payments, and our email provider for confirmations).
