All purchases on SpotMyLove are final and non-refundable. When you claim a spot on the canvas, you are purchasing a permanent digital dedication that is immediately visible to the public. Once your payment is confirmed and your spot is reserved, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations.

Why no refunds?

SpotMyLove is built on the concept of permanence. Each spot you claim is:

• Instantly reserved — your spot is allocated immediately upon payment confirmation.
• Publicly visible — your dedication appears on the canvas for everyone to see.
• Forever permanent — your spot remains on the canvas indefinitely.
• Limited supply — once claimed, that spot cannot be sold to anyone else.

Review before purchase

Please carefully review your dedication details — including the honoree name, message, and package tier — before completing your purchase. Once confirmed, your dedication is permanent and cannot be changed or refunded.

Technical issues

If you experience a technical error during checkout or your spot does not appear on the canvas after payment, please contact us immediately at support@spotmylove.com. We will investigate and resolve genuine technical issues on a case-by-case basis.
