SpotMyLove operates a strict no-refund policy on all purchases.

When you complete a purchase on SpotMyLove the following happens immediately and permanently:

• Your spot coordinates are instantly locked to your dedication
• Your honoree name appears on the public canvas within seconds
• Your dedication page goes live at spotmylove.com/d/your-slug
• Your spot is permanently removed from available inventory
• Other buyers cannot purchase your allocated coordinates

Because these actions are immediate, permanent, and irreversible, we cannot offer refunds of any kind.

We strongly encourage you to:

• Review all tier details carefully
• Understand that purchases are permanent
• Confirm the honoree name spelling before completing payment
• Read the full terms of service
• Contact us with any questions BEFORE purchasing

There are no exceptions to our no-refund policy including:

• Change of mind
• Relationship status changes
• Incorrect name spelling after purchase is confirmed
• Dissatisfaction with spot location
• Technical issues on your device
• Accidental purchases

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or fraudulently contact support@spotmylove.com within 24 hours.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent ban from SpotMyLove and removal of your dedication from the canvas without compensation. Please contact us first at support@spotmylove.com.
