Purchases are permanent and non-refundable

All spot purchases on SpotMyLove are permanent and non-refundable. Once a spot is reserved and payment is confirmed, it is yours forever. Your dedication will remain on the canvas indefinitely. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Content guidelines

By submitting a dedication you agree that all content — including honoree names and messages — must be appropriate and lawful. Specifically, you may not submit:

• Hate speech or content targeting individuals or groups based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics.
• Harmful, threatening, or harassing content directed at any person.
• Obscene, defamatory, or sexually explicit material.
• Content that violates any applicable law.

Content removal

SpotMyLove reserves the right to remove or hide any dedication that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. No refund will be issued for removed content that breaches these guidelines.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from your use of SpotMyLove will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the country or state in which you reside.
